First Steps

I actually did it. I started Couch to 5k this morning! It doesn't sound like much, but I haven't worked out in such a long time. It felt good just to get out there, but it also reminded me how much I need to be working out. I struggled with the running, but I tried not to get down about it, since I haven't worked out in a long time. I am supposed to take tomorrow off, so I think I am going to do this workout video. I love it! I used to do it quite a bit, but now I'm ready to start again.



You guys should check it out. I am definitely sweating a little bit toward the end, which makes me feel like it is definitely giving me a decent workout, but I never feel like I am dying. Haha..
