Weigh In Wednesday!

Down .2 lbs! It's not a lot, but I was really expecting a gain this week, so I'll take it!

Goals for the Week:
-Drink my water everyday!
-Get in my healthy oils
-Work out 4 days
-Finish week one of C25K

I wanted to get up this morning and work on run two of C25K, but I didn't sleep well last night and really wasn't feelin' it this morning. I think I'll try to do it later tonight or tomorrow morning instead. We'll see. :-)
